Orange Apples

Welcome to the adventures of Ms. Harding's Second Grade class!

Thank you for taking the time to experience our journey with us!  Second grade is truly an adventure where we explore, discover, and engage in new things and view old things in a new way each day.  We are delighted to be able to share these experiences with you (because sharing is caring, it can be fun and it is good for everyone)!  Feel free to surf this site to your heart's content.  The links at the top of the page will help guide you to your points of interest.  Enjoy!

Why "Orange Apples"?

We've all heard the phrase "you can't compare apples and oranges."  That is silly!  Oranges and apples are round, they have seeds, and they make a great juice at breakfast time!  It is important to be able to think outside the box,  make connections between the things in our world, see things from different perspectives, think critically, limit our limitations,  and use a bit of imagination.  In second grade, we can, we will, and we do!
